qBittorrent gives me 2/56 on virustotal. Are you sure there isn't a bitcoin miner on this thing?
This post gave me 56/56 on cancer total. Are you sure you're not a total fag?

fucking kill yourself and use Deluge

Does it have search? Search is the best feature of qBittorrent.
Some virus scanners are retarded and have signatures that match every mingw-compiled program or every Qt program. If you actually care about making sure the download is legit, check the PGP signature.

What do I do after checking the PGP signature. How do I get the information that it's actually legit from the PGP signature?

PGP is unnecessarily complicated, but basically, if you have the public key of the guy who signed the binary in your trust database and you can validate the signature on the binary, that's proof that the binary was made by the same person who owns that key. It seems like the guy keeps a copy of his public key in the qBittorrent git repository, so you could verify that binary was generated by someone who also has write access to the repository, and that it hasn't been modified or infected by any third party (eg. SourceForge.)

Is that the latest release? I could have sworn there was another detection.
