I am. It's manageable, and it could be worse. It's better than watching TV all the time. The only thing about it that makes me think I have a problem is I keep a laptop in my bed and I dim the screen and put it on bedside table when I sleep... I can't sleep without that comfy glow.

It's really hard when you have no friends. I would say impossible even.

I would stop using a cellphone IF my family didn't think I had gone crazy if I did it and if they weren't always nagging me about needing to get in touch with me at any time in case of emergency. I want just a home phone over the fiber optic line. Also I do not at all like that google sends me emails with my appointments from my cellphone calender... It's a huge no-no for me. My social life is on my PC, my entertainment is on my PC, my work is on my PC, my hobby is on my PC. Why would I leave?

Nope. I sometimes feel like I start spending too much just "browsing" the web, though, which is a complete waste of time as it isn't even particularly fun when overdone.

When that happens, I just set myself a clear limit. Like I used to have some add-on for my browser that'd allow me to set a daily time limit for websites or groups of websites. I basically allowed myself 1 hour a day of 4chan + youtube + tumblr etc. This helped adjust my habits. Some other time I simply turned my wi-fi connection off, only connected occasionally to download my e-mail or to google something quickly.

I read books a lot, I feel that actually helps. Grabbing a book and a mug of tea and just not being connected to the outside world for an evening, that helps. Even movies work, tho. Anything goes where I focus on one thing instead of switching between 50 browser tabs and watching shitty youtube videos.

I was playing Roblox with my 12 year old cousin, which I do most weekends because he enjoys it a lot and I'm experienced with it from playing when I was younger, and I teach him stuff

He was making a Roblox version of cs_office and I got caught up in it
He went offline, I made the entire map in intricate detail over 8 hours of non stop work in the studio program

And that happens with everything, id go days without sleep in high school overdoing my cad course projects
