Port 80 is probably blocked by your ISP.
How to un-block it?

Get a new ISP or change ports.
On other ports it doesn't work either - as you see on the photo (port 8080)

Your ISP probably blocks that too.

Are you visiting the site from a computer not on your network? Ask a friend to check.
Isn't the site such as yougetsignal.com suppose to do that? (check from the outside)

I wouldn't be to quick to assume your isp is blocking. There are a lot of legitimate uses of coming in to your home network from abroad on port 80.
Bing a few tuts up and troubleshootings, try try again.
Your router may be behind another router.

I'm having similar troubles hosting a media server. I still haven't figured it out because im retarded when it comes to networking. One thing i would suggest doing, although i understand its dangerous, is plugging your computer directly into the internet. Then try to access the site remotely. If it works, you know it's a router issue. It's a good baseline to start trouble shooting I think. On a side note I think we have the same router so if you figure it out, pls help.
