Is it possible to generate a recursive tripcode (one whose password is the same as the code itself)? How would you do it if possible?

It has to be max the length of a tripcode.
So you can start bruteforcing tripcodes up to the max tripcode length until you find a fixed point. If you don't find one then it's impossible.
