So lads I have an interview tonight with the department manager of an IT company for a junior sysadmin job. Now, they're saying my resume is kind of weak (no shit) but that they're going into big data and have abandoned all hope of finding someone with experience, which is great for me.
What am I in for, /g/? Is that their way of saying I'll be on the phone with Pajeet & Co all day?

Prepare some stories about when you rose to the occasion and learned new tech to solve a problem. They will likely ask about just that to make sure you're the kind of person who land on your feet

Just say "it is my understanding that [...]" a lot so you can never be accused of being wrong, because that was your current understanding at the time, and you are always seeking more up-to-date information.
