If i hadnt just gotten a 4690 back last year, id rather a 1600X/1400X. Due to reports on the yields being so god damn good, it sounds like everything below R7 line up is actually just an R7 with its cores disabled. So I'd imagine they would be even crazier deals then the 1700 up is for intended market.
