The Mini C is a nice case. I agree that it'd be better than the Nano S for one reason. An ATX PSU and your GPU have little clearance and would choke unless you used a reference card or SFF PSU

eg, node 304 is almost nice
fits huge air coolers and full size GPU
fits ATX PSU, but misses 1cm or 2cm to fit a fully modular one
not fully aluminium for such a compact thing
