So my old gaming laptop broke and I need a new one. Would this be a pretty decent choice?

Is there a better option on the market? My main concerns are durability and CPU power.
Also, I'm aware that gaming laptops are overpriced and cannot compete with desktops, but my lifestyle involves a lot of moving around so a desktop just doesn't work for me.
Get this one instead, it's a million times better and cheaper.

But anon I can't run games on a rope

Just build a mini itx and try to find a small monitor or buy a laptop with a 1060 and a refrigerator so the laptop won't throttle while you're browsing 4chan.

What if he travels shithead

I would if I could, but as I stated in the OP I travel around a lot, so lugging around a desktop computer is out of the question.

You mean GPU power? You shouldn't stress about the CPU in a gaming rig, be it a desktop or a notebook.

I mean normally yeah, but I play Dwarf Fortress in addition to standard games, and when it comes to DF GPU is the most important thing.

I mean CPU whoops.
Anyway I figure that CPU is what I should look out for since gaming laptops are always trying to have good graphics and stuff so I figure I generally got a pretty good chance of having decent graphics no matter which model I pick.
