To be perfectly honest, I think AMD are kinda stupid at marketing. This could be promoted more, maybe "simple" for some, but people love their movies. It reminds me that they probably fuck up by not promoting at all the 4/8 CPUs first thing, or at least the 6/12 and they go immediately for shilling the $500 chip, even if they could sell that to some enterprise users because it's regular people that meme and help them promote, not an executive buying servers or workstations.

KCP and MPC seem abandoned and the last version crashes on my AMD graphics card due to a driver bug.

And apparently, MPV can't use this technology.
