I use a base password with additional characters based on the name of the website or service. It might not fool dedicated humans but it'll definitely fool any scripts and retards

It was closed down because he refused to give over data (because of Snowden), instead choosing to nuke the service.
If its back, it's probably not what it used to be and shouldn't be taken with the same credibility it once had.
If anything it's rather suspicious, considering what the creator said and did.
