Hello /g/
I've been spending a quite sometime with Arduino, I have basic knowledge of programming and electronics.
However, I don't know how to use the C language outside of the Arduino platform, such as Visual Studio or whatever.
Can someone please supply me with a good C programming teaching website or videos?
>websites or videos
Pick up a textbook.

Suggestions?

this. there are a lot of good C books out there and you will learn the rest through documentation

C from programmer's perspective was pretty good
K&R is nice as well

Should I start by learning C and then C++ or it doesn't matter?

Why not use ulisp? It would probably be easier to learn.

They're pretty much completely different languages.
Pick one.

C++ is intended to be an extension of C. So I recommend start with C. You can find the differences yourself

C is similar to arduino, start with console applications, do a hello world program, then move onto greater stuff through youtube tutorials

No, you can use C, what you cannot use is non-arudino related API.
Think of a long time windows programmer switching to gahnoo+linux: he still knows C but he is yet to learn POSIX calls, x.org API or gtk+
