Hey /g/ im switching from windows to GNU/Linux and im just wondering is there a GNU/Linux distro that I can just drag programs to the desktop and run them without any fancy process or anything just like in windows for example I want to just drag a .exe file to the desktop and open it is there any distro that can do that?

okay then what is the purpose of reactos? doesnt reactos run specially also whenever I install GNU/Linux in a virtual machine I can never download things normally like in Windows.
