My first goal is to underclock it as far as possible for lulz and submit it to cpu-z.
Not sure how far back they can go, but power usage scales backward really good, so even if it's 3.2Ghz it's a huge saving for a 24/7 on machine.
And they said moar cores was useless.

The default is 1400MHz (x7) low, but you should be able to lower the BCLK until the other components become unstable.
