LMAO
I'm so confused, what is this?

Is that pointer deref? I thought Python didn't have pointers.
>>59141144
writing code cryptically for show is bad practice. I hope you dont have colleagues and think you should off yourself
>>59143767
OP is passing a list (array) of items to print(), by using * these list entries are separated into distinct argumentslist = [123, 456, 789]
print(*list)
# or
print(123, 456, 789)
>>59141375
__this__
>>59145111
what, this isn't cryptic at all, only retards don't understand this.
>>59143767
when a function expects varargs you can pass and "explode" a list
also works in list assignment i think like [1, 2, *otherlist]
>>59145654
yup, list unpacking can be used in assignment pattern matching, for examplea, *b, c = (1,2,3,4,)
a = 1
b = [2,3]
c = 4
you can use it to merge two lists althoughlist1 += list2is more readabe

I'll just pay my personal pajeet to run this.
