Unless you save the original position of the 1s somewhere in the file, then you basically deleted that data and made the file unopenable.
If you did save it somewhere, then it would take way more space than it would have if you just left the 1s in.

I wonder what results I'd get if I switched all 1's and 0's on a bunch of programs.
