The issue is Bluetooth IEMs are pretty shitty and there's plenty of them in the market.

The Apple one is not bad if you just want to hear your shitty music while you're walking and at the same time answering phone calls and shit.

My point was, it's not as bad as people think it is for an Apple earphone. The battery life is very good and the rechargeable/ease of use is great too.

I'm not saying don't have a good pair of headphones/IEMs, but for day to day use it's pretty good. It's priced at $129 US which is not bad considering Samsung is like $199.
