Why do people still use Tkinter? It is super frustrating to use

The main reason I like tkinter is that it comes prepackaged and does not require realtively heavy stuff like PyQt

So just checked out creating GUI elements in HTML and it is way harder than I hoped it would be. It would be great if you could just do something like <a href runfunction=main>Run Main </a>
