Hey /g/, inexperienced tech fag who might have fucred his PC.

I've had this computer for 3 years now and been fine. However recently it's been running slowly both online/offline. I'm not sure what's wrong with it but it's either relied to the CPU, Motherboard, or if neither possibly my hard drives. Downloaded Speccy and it reported my CPU running at +50 celsius, not sure if that's correct. I took the chassis side off and felt around, I noticed that the motherboard was incredibly hot, almost enough to cause pain. Computer seemed to shutdown without shutting off, I guess because eof the heat. Booted back up after letting it cool down, did the same thing got same results. Asked more experience friend and he says it could be I need better fans, sinks, or he said some weird shit Bout my hard drive.

How can I unbuckle my damn computer?
