As it stands the AMD code has restricted RAM tuning options which means many RAM kits at launch will not be compatible. This is the same for our competitors also.
What we recommend is the following:
If fully populating a system with 4 DIMMs (2DPC), use memory up to a max of 2400MHz.
If using 1DPC (2 DIMMs) ensure they are installed in A2/B2 and use memory up to max of 3200MHz.

The best case scenario would be where you take the gun away from your assailant, but then what?
Say the gun goes off, police gets called to the scene, now you are holding a gun and you are the one they throw in jail.
If there is nobody around to stop the situation, then what, kill the assailant, hope he runs away?
And it is much more likely that the gun goes off and you die.
The only scenario where it makes sense to fight the assailant is if someone is attempting to assassinate you in your home, but why train for that? If someone wants to kill you, there is easier ways than holding a gun stretched out so someone can take it away from you.
Teaching anyone otherwise is just getting people killed.

Firmware updates for the motherboards will fix this. Skylake also had problems with higher frequencies at launch. My Maximus VIII Hero wouldn't run my 3333MHz sticks via XMP when I got it, but a later update enabled it to work just fine.

Corsair, GSkill, and Patriot will be launching 3200mhz-3600mhz DDR4 kits with AMP profiles and Ryzen branding.

good question. I had a shotgun shoved in my face, but it was never within arms reach, and right after a roomie got killed by the same guy. I'm actually one of the rare people to survive an armed home invasion by druggies who planned to kill everyone in the home. Still got shot. Now I own 3 guns, and I am almost always armed. One of the guys who I ID'ed put a "hit" out on me from prison before the trial. I had to move (I refused witness protection) but I was pretty tense for a while. Now that they are sentenced I don't worry too much about it, though I'll probably never be more then arms reach from a gun again. I have one guy in a holster, hidden under my desk. I can grab it from my pc in <2 seconds. I keep another under my pillow (used to laugh about that, now I don't), and a 3rd in my car under the driver seat. That one is the one I carry with me if I feel the need to carry too.

Sometimes I still freak out a bit just thinking about that shotgun in my face or that night in general. I probably would have lost my mind had it not been for my dog. She kept me company and helped me through it.
