Yes, that would work assuming your keyboard is connected with PS/2. Otherwise you will still have a major problem.

Boot from Linux distro on USB stick an download drivers into the Windows partition.

download the drivers from whatever you used to make this thread

All of these idiots on here trying to run back to Windows 7 only to realize it's so old it can't even install it's own drivers are making me laugh pretty hard. Windows 10 is just better, deal with it.
