Needed a new laptop for general internet usage and gaming.
Just ordered this. I'm not well-versed in computer tech, but reviews pegged this as a sort of baby Alienware gaming laptop. I'm more versed in cars and frequent /o/.

799 is a great price for a laptop Witz a quad core and dedicated GPU.
If you want more performance later you can always install an SSD and more memory. I would not recommend it at the moment though, AS prices for these components are through the roof right now.

I'm extremely leery of HP products. Had a few in the past and I've always had reliability problems. Never had such problems with Dell products though.
