>you can only show cinebench scores!
>no other benches allowed until preorders ship out!
What did they mean by this?
Am I really the only one a bit concerned?
Cinebench was just fine when it showed intel winning

So you're not worried by that? If they were dominating all benches, wouldn't they want to show that off? Why still have the NDA a week from launch?
Wouldn't hide something unless there was something to hide.

Exactly my thinking. I want one and it looks like great value but for something they are aiming at gaming builds I find it very strange they've showed off nothing gaming related.

Being into 3D, cinebench actually directly correlates to rendering performance, so for me it is a real-world test.
For gaming I think we all really know what to expect, and it'll be in line with the gaming performance you can expect from any X99 CPU, which quite frankly is already decent enough to not pose any issues. I mean, you're very likely going to be running this shit with at least something on the level of the GTX 1070, so having at least 80fps at up to 1440p in almost any game is guaranteed, if your display can even render that fast.
Oyyyyy veyyyy! It's anuda Ashes of the Singularity benchmark!!
