Same thing happened to me, had to uninstall the audio driver and let Windows install it's own one. Could never find the solution. Try disabling yours.

its not in my ears, its that windows is still making noise as if setting the volume to zero really only sets it to .001, so if something is loud enough you can still hear it playing. why isnt it actually zero?
