>full Windows 10 on ARM is coming with the Snapdragon 835
>UWPs and the OS itself run natively on ARM, while win32 programs are emulated
>we'll be able to run Bluestacks on Windows phones eventually, so technically Android apps will work on Windows 10 phones
>Windows phone makes a huge comeback in the market once phones are powerful enough to replace PCs for the average consumer because you can just dock your phone into a "lapdock" or a desktop dock instead of owning a phone and a computer
Is this realistic? Or are iOS and Android too dominant for anyone to dethrone them no matter how good they are?
They could certainly be dethroned by something good

>Good
Intel is finished

I can see the docking thing taking off. It's not even that novel, I thought about it myself like 20 years ago. But, I do not know what technology will prevail eventually about it.
It's hard to predict both the hardware and the OS.
Why? Because everyone and their mother will want to tap it.

How fast?
I have a Surface RT or whatever it was called. One of the first Microsoft tablets that has that wied Windows 8.1 which you can only install apps.
Does this mean I might be able to put Windows 10 in that?

No.
A snapdragon 820 or 835 CPU is many times faster than the Surface RT's
