How can I stop my phone spying on me?
Delete facebook for starters.
Are you really so lazy you couldn't just google it? Just don't use free services where you are their product.

These. Facebook is the problem. Also get rid of Google apps and disconnect the microphones internally. If you have an iPhone, get rid of it immediately. Those collect the most data after Samsung phones and iOS is extremely hard to modify.

You can get a package disabler for Android to disable most botnet bloatware apps idk about iOS though

One of the biggest problems is that all smartphones have a non-free bootROM, bootloader, and cellular modem/baseband firmware. Disabling apps or even flashing a whole new kernel and OS does little for your privacy.

I'm not doing anything wrong. It's my right as an American to not have my government abuse me by acting like a fucking helicopter parent. If they want my locally stored encrypted data, they can get a warrant.
