Use your head. Do you want it blowing hot air onto your GPU?
Also, stick it in properly and get rid of that space between the fan and the heatsink, so that you can actually fit your GPU in there.

Rotate it 45 degrees

look at pic again he's blowing hot air out of the case but intaking from back of GPU.
Rotate heatsink such that fan is right next to RAM slots and blowing air through the cooler and out the backside of the case.
Relocate the top fan so that it's assisting moving air through the back, not top.
