Has anyone a screenshot of xubuntu + arc theme? I'm curious about how it looks, but I don't have time/space to set up a vm right now, and I didn't find any screenshot around the web

Thank you! Can you also post a Thunar window?

Thank you for posting it ;)
Arc is only really designed for gnome software that makes heavy use of client side decoration. Everything outside the gnome bubble looks like kinda bland and shitty with the arc theme. That's also why it only looks good in gnome.

not him but

From the Github repo: "Arc is a flat theme with transparent elements for GTK 3, GTK 2 and GNOME Shell which supports GTK 3 and GTK 2 based desktop environments like GNOME, Unity, Budgie, Pantheon, Xfce, MATE, etc."

also: I know my icons are disgusting, I haven't gotten around to changing them

Thank you!

Haha I noticed that. I suggest using Paper or Numix or SuperFlat Remix ;)

Yes but the only thing going for it is the design for csd enabled software. Everything else is bland shit. It looks barely on par with mid 2000th design memes.

I'll look into it, thank you!

What would you recommend outside of gnome? I'm using i3 and arc is serviceable for GUI.

You are stuck on arc/numix if you want gtk3 support since they're the only ones still compatible with it. Everyone else already threw the towel trying to update their themes.
