use dht search engines - bitsnoop etc. it's a kitchen sink like torrentz.eu, but comprehensive

if you want organized public torrents, best such tracker is rutorrent

What i mean the quality control kat/tpb once did is gone. torrents are indexed late, peer info is inaccurate, and fake/malware laden torrents are not deindexed. At that point it's simpler to use fulltext index instead and go by peer count history and hope for the best.

That's fine and dandy for all public torrents, regardless of source. rutracker tries to restrict to their site by seedtime, but thats fairly soft requirement. simply set your torrent client to 10k/s upload and 1 slot.

Just use qbittorrent built-in search, if you need more engines support see here - https://github.com/qbittorrent/qBittorrent/wiki/Unofficial-search-plugins

And of course you can just write your own search plugin, if your favorite site/engine is missing.

Works on my machine. What country are you in? Also don't use jewTorrent. Use Transmission if you're on a Mac or using GNU/Linux. If you're on Windows, get Deluge.
