>yfw just read Intel's secret roadmap for the next 2 years
>Intel Haifa (responsible for the Core, Nehalem, Sandy Bridge and Skylake architectures) has been developing a new clean sheet architecture with a skunk works team over the last 2-3 years
>Initial simulations of the new architecture is showing great promise so far with at least 50% uplift over Kaby Lake
>Also some interesting prototypes with multichip modules (prototypes with AMD GPUs, FPGAs etc)

are they finally abandoning iGPUs for HEDT lines?
STOP ALLOCATING DIE-SPACE TO SOMETHING I'LL NEVER USE
>>59015457
Long term, yes. There's still some iGPU designs in the pipeline.
Intel's attempts to make decent iGPUs have flopped, the only volume customer for Iris parts is Apple.
I read IBMs secret roadmap too they've already come into contact with ayylmaos.

>this news of a promised increase in performance comes coincidentally at the same time when Ryzen btfo's Intel
I wonder who could be behind this post
>>59015504
How dare you insult G-d's chosen people!
Wait for new Intel, in 2021 it'll have a new architecture that's 120% faster IPC than Zen and 20 cores at 60TDP

>>59015415
Shit really? I'm going into cryostasis right now, you better not be lying to me when I wake up in 2021
>>59015415
>intel
it''s from intelligence you idiot LARPer, which you apparently lack
/thread
>>59015528
The Zen comparison is relevant, because AMD will still be using the same architecture for performance desktop parts in 4 years.
>>59015550
It's from Intelligence(information) not Intelligence(brain)
>>59015587
I eagerly await another Conroe from Intel, until then AMD will be iterating its Zen core with improvements over 4 years and I expect decent improvements each successor due to being a fresh architecture.
>>59015504
this
I wonder how many threads like this we'll see when Ryzen arrives
are intel still putting killswitches in their cpus?
>>59015415
Is this the cover of every document sent to Hillary after the e-mail scandal?
>>59015415
>Just showing the cover
Come on Anon, you have to give us a little bit more.
