How can I run a win10 install on a nfts partition as a VM inside Linux?
This would be great for a dual-boot system, for everyday windows stuff you can just boot into Linux and use your win10 install as a VM and if you want to game you boot directly into your win10 install
Could that work if I choose KVM and use the nfts partition as the boot HDD?
Just do GPU pass through
It's a bitch to set up but it works great
Also windows has tons of weird "Microsoft reserved" partitions and Windows has a seizure if you move them at all, so a single NTFS partition would never work
Theoretically if you had another hard drive you could have GRUB pass control to it for booting directly into windows & just run QEMU with /dev/sdb as a raw disk image

It's a 128 GB SSD with win10 on it.
I will be using a new 512 GB SSD. So how would I do this? Seems not too complicated what you said there..

There is actually a way I thing, if you use QEMU and point to the unmounted partition you got to do just that.
