You can sideload just fine without a computer, or even without jailbreaking.

And no, the only way to play webms via safari is using VLC. Fortune has a webm player built in.

Does the vlc player work like on android where it just starts the video on the go, or do I get directed into the typical "iPhone-youtube-like-video-watching-mode"? If you use the standard vlc player you always need to use the app to watch the damn thing

Well I was thinking about buying an android in addition to my iPhone 7 Plus. For day to day use the iPhone is a blast but there a few things I'm just missing.
I'll get a oneplus 3t maybe.

However it'd still be awesome if I could figure out how to get my hands on this "Fortune" app. Jailbreaking isn't a possibility sadly, because neither my device nor my firmware are supported right now
