When I did my bachelor (B.S Comp Eng) I could do mostly everything on Linux, but there were two inescapable things. Profs would ask me exe files for my projects (plus source) and there was always a program here and there that was windows only.

fast-forward to my M.S. Soft Eng. I had a friend who had a mac and he would dual boot. Funny fact, he never even realized that macs come with a shell (bash) and all the things you can do there. Also there was always that program that would be available only for windows.

The moral of the story: What the fuck do you care what your friends want to use. It's he's problem to deal with. Stop being a faggot and mind your business you autistic fuck.
