I work with a lot of Indians, and the only thing I can tell you that surprise surprise there are all different types. Some are Humble, quiet, and smart as fuck, others are bullshitters, as varied as any group of Americans.

The only problem I have with them is that if they weren't born in the US then they typically have a really lame sense of humor. They share the dumbest of "funny" links.
