What's the difference between AMD and ARM? I've always

The only reason it's the unquestionable leader is because Intel doesn't bother with it (they just tweak their old desktop processors to be a bit more energy efficient and call it a day). ARM is a lot better than they were 5 years ago, but there still a decade behind.
