It's no longer delayed, they skipped it entirely. Microsoft updated their blog saying they include the february update into the march patch. It's quite ridiculous to be honest and I'm surprised that no one on /g/ is talking about this.

No one is complaining that they didn't push out a buggy update, but instead of working on a fix and releasing it a few days later as most people probably expected would happen, they instead said they are going to skip the february security update entirely. Leaving known security breaches open for well over a month kinda is a big problem-
