Whats the cheapest laptop (I move often to avoid the heat)
That can play Chivalry: Medieval Hardware and the occasional Red Orchestra 2/CS:GO
Not for real productivity.
Go on Newegg, do a laptop/notebook power search, look for machines with any-gen Core i5 processor and any Nvidia GeForce or AMD Radeon GPU (basically the first column and a half of choices) and 4-8 GB RAM. Then sort the results by price.

My finnish lenovo website has a low voltage i5 model with a 4gb 1060m. For 1050€.
Which cant be right, that price is crazy low and the 1060 seems to be 3 or 6gb only.
The mobile 1060 is equivalent to a desktop 980
Check out refurb.io

Living in finngolia means not having access to proper services or technology.

You sound happy to pay 1000 yurpbux to pay Chivalry M'lady Mallninja and CS:CASINO. I don't know what to tell you.
I followed my own suggestion and found a couple refurbs around 400-450 USD that would likely be enough to run the games adequately.

I was gonna get a 960m 4gb for 777€, 256gb ssd model but its no longer on sale.
There is a 888€ model coming out that has 1050 graphics, its almost good enough to run the occasional modern game I might like.

Check out the benchmarks for Pascal mobile graphics. Finally desktop tier performance.
Thou they cost around 1300-1700€, over 2k for 1070 and 1080m.
