For mass surveillance apologists out there, how do you justify a surveillance apparatus that generates massive quantities of cheese pizza by spying on two teens stripping for each other on web cams?
How do you justify saying "if you have nothing to hide, you have nothing to fear" when you generate the world's largest database of child pornography?

So you unironically support terrorism, for real?

So you unironically support the creation and dissemination of child pornography, for real?

I would prefer the existence of terrorism over the existence of mass surveillance.
I don't support either.
This, sir, is a facile argument.
When has mass surveillance ever prevented a terrorist attack? I'm legit curious.
>mass surveillance prevents terrorism
hahahaha

There's that buzzword again. The one being used to take away rights.
>>58943674
Because daddy trump told me its ok
>>58943674
There's nothing wrong with child pornography.
>>58943674
you're talking to psychopaths, they don't give a fuck about anything but their own gain
they're probably all for the pizza as it'll give them more control, to either blackmail someone with, falsify evidence, etc.
they dnt give a fuck who or how they ruin yo life
long as they get theirs they're happy.

The thing is, there aren't any mass surveillance apologists. No one can justify it rationally.
The problem is, most people also can't justify fighting against it until they are directly affected. Until that heppens, its just "let's Netflix and chill, there's class/work tomorrow lol".
Fight mass surveillance by making it expensive. Use Tor, use Signal. Install adblockers in your friends's computers and smartphones. Make both corporate and state surveillance lose money, or having to spend much more to spy on the average citizen.
When it costs $100 per citizen instead of a few cents, you defeat mass surveillance.
Sh sh sh... It's okay, we're all going wind-up in FEMA camps and secret FEMA prisons anyway.
Wage-Cucks and Wage-Slaves of /g/, did you know your tax dollars pay for and fund America's secret prisons, including it's most expensive secret prison in the US?
Wal-Mart's are quietly/secretly being shut-down for "re-modeling" which is actually the conversion process to turn them into FEMA camps. Target is literal mass surveillance, they have way more and higher surveillance than most/any other retailers out there, they even have their own forensics labs.

Just be careful out there, okay, /g/?
Cold war yo.
Better than real wars anyway. Now all big countries are playing the spy game building exploitation capabilities, for those cause significantly more damage than sending troops.
My father is part of the "If you have nothing to hide, you have nothing to fear"-crowd. Last month I casually described to him what a Keylogger is. I have never seen my dad being scared of anything, but at this moment I could watch him as the cold shivered through his spine.

Best way to show people is by example
>>58943908
i did kek too
they pass laws using terrorism and cheese pizza to sway the helen lovejoys of the world, then the function creep happens, the surveillance infrastructure gets used for lesser things like parking and traffic infractions, in the UK the bbc even want to use it for finding TV licence dodgers

my dad was one of these too. he's also a massive faggot (in the literal sense) and thinks nobody knows.
but the browser history knows.
I told him that anybody that has used hs laptop and used google on it probably knows too. Autocomplete can be fun
