Which password manager do y'all use to store your password

Use a 256bit entropy pass phrase for my password manager. Everything encrypted with two fish and my hdd encrypted with aes.

I use last pass, which is nice because I can easily access my passwords from all devices, but the cloud meme worries me and yesterday their servers where down and I couldn't access them.

I use this only because we use it at work. It's convienient with account linking. I've been thinking about some offline/self hosted alternatives for a while though.
