MSYS2 or switch to Linux
>but I love my vidya...
MSYS2, unless most of your favorite Steam games are available on Linux. There's always the option to dual boot or use a Virtual Machine as well.

LILO

Steam runs great on Linux.
Check your catalog of owned games for Linux compatibility... or you could just stop being a pussy M$-cock-sucking-faggot and go balls deep into some juicy Linux pussy.

didn't get much milage from MYSYS way back when... any luck with MYSYS2?
rainmeter also doesn't give the satisfying ricing feeling
as far as LILO... does it support UEFI now?

a lot of my games run in linux... but I'm just not ready to commit to not having windows... IDEs and comfy installs abound

As for LILO... no clue. i use Grub and don't give a rat's ass about UEFI.

very interesting... thanks for the info
I'm also debating just building a new PC for the new Kaby Lake and turn this one into a dedicated linux tower. Thoughts?

I run my own server for games, media, xmpp and ssh. Highly recommended setting up dedicated linux box. Go Debian or cent. Devuan is alright if you don't want to use systemd

pricing is a bit steep right now for Kaby... I can however repurpose some of the crap I have lying around... any recommended minimum requirements?
