The current state of windows
>uncheck "start onedrive automatically when windows stars up"
>one drive still starts up anyway
dumb frogposter
>using task manager autorun instead of ccleaner autorun
I'm pretty sure most checkbox handler functions in Windows are empty, they're just there to make you think that you have some control.

Wouldn't be surprised.

This.
>be windows dev
>working on W10
>microsoft wants us to collect user data to better the experience
>know some people will complain about spying
>put in a giant menu about disabling telemetry, various privacy options, checkboxes
>don't actually make clicking the boxes do anything
>every single user is being spied on
That is my theory on W10
>computer wont wake from hibernation
>just gets stuck on bios splash screen when waking
>turn off all hibernation/sleep/low power modes
>it still hibernates anyway
For fucks sake
W10 is becoming a fucking botnet more and more. I closed OneDrive from the tasjbar and a window popped up saying "Restarting OneDrive". I wanna switch to Linux but it doesn't have shit programs I need to dev

At least it's back to XP-tier intrusion instead of literally bricking you system at random for 2 hours

I actually had to disable a bunch of shit to get that far but it fired the automatic reboot service back up by itself when I clicked try later.
I eventually just gutted the entire update policy section and related services but they all regenerate if I reboot.

It only started when I installed win 10. Before that it was fine. It only happens when the computer goes into hibernate mode, but turning off hibernate doesn't seem to stop it from going into hibernate.
The Apple MacBook Pro with Retina Display doesn't have this problem.
