I've started having disk problems lately.
I have Windows 10, everything was running normally, but few days ago my secondary hard drive started doing picrelated. How is that possible? How can I fix if?

I know it sais caution, but I expect bad sectors would only show up only on some date, not every program I've installed into it.
Loading Rust from it.

Running a surface read scan - normal speeds 100 MB/s, no bad sectors yet.
Backup your data.

You think it's failing? only after 1600 hours?

No but sadly HDD are russian roulette
It's dying, RMA it.
There's no magic fix.
Defrag it
Back up data

But what is dying there? Why Surface scan returns no bad sectors and normal 100 MB/S speed? Maybe it's FUCKING WINDOWS 10 bugging out?
>>58919669
Nah it's just a faulty drive, I don't see why that's so hard to accept.

It's just. Write speed is so fast. And there are no badblocks. I just don't get what is broken there? Controller? Then why it is writing so blazingly fast?
could also be a damaged sata cable or bad mobo. usually failed drives will have bad sectors.

/thread.

Because it might not actually be writing.
If you're so positive it's Windows 10, just boot from Linux off a USB and see if you get the same results and stop bitching here.
Otherwise listen to everyone else when they say that you have all the signs of a drive about to fail.
Only other possibility is this

Russian Roulette at least has distinct and consistent odds.
This is Taiwanese Roulette.
