Can you make the UI smaller in Windows 10 at 1080p? I have a 60 inch screen and I'd like to make my workspace smaller than 100% to make better use of it.

This doesn't seem to be working.

there is your problem
Yes, go into monitor settings or whatever it's called and change the DPI

It doesn't let you go below 100% in that menu, though.
rip

No. Windows is not build with true resolution independence. The UI would look like garbage and would technically be useless.
Nigga you're using a 60" TV to work? Get a monitor like a real human bean and stop torturing your eyes

You can make the taskbar smaller using small taskbar buttons but that is about it windows is still heavily locked to a fixed DPI. Both Linux and Mac handle this alot better

>bought 60 inch tv
>wants to turn it into 4k for free
doesn't work like that f.a.m

I just want everything to be tinier like I can do on my jailbroken iPhone 5S or Google Chrome. There's a bunch of articles online that say it can be done in 7 or 8, but I'm not seeing anyone who's tried for 10 :/
