Apple Pencil or Surface Pro pen, which will allow me to actually write a sentence that does not look like it's written by an autistic 5 year old with his non-dominant hand?

Have you tried a Ticonderoga pencil?

None of those, use real paper.
The MS pen is a generic wacom one btw

Took notes for grad school with the Surface Pro 1 pen. The 4 is supposed to be better.
Rumor has it, there is a Surface Pro 5 coming with an updated pen in March.

It's 4 times as good.

both are shit.
get a proper graphics digitizer.
>>58913306
sure thing kazoku, let me just take my Cintiq with me to a meeting to take notes.

A pen. You know, the ones you use to write on paper. Yeah use that one.

Just use your ThinkPad x220t
Try Lenovo Yoga Book
Just fucking buy the expensive toy and stop trying to justify it as being for college.
You'll end up buying a $2 paper notebook just like everyone else a few lectures in.

I unironically own Thinkpad x220t. The digitizer is shit.

Honestly I am really liking SP4 for notes. I use one note to sync with desktop taken notes, and write all over imported pdf's of professor's powerpoints.

Apart from the edge inaccuracy, it's actually a top tier digitizer once you apply the patches on Linux.
No idea about windows though.

I went full digital for my notes about since about two years ago
best device: boogie board sync
+cheap as fuck
+outputs to pdf or png
+battery lasts easily for a week
now I have a yoga 12, that comes with a passive pen, and it works surprisingly well
BUT the Microsoft pen support and OneNote is pretty much trash
I recommend using Nebo for note taking
it even OCR the text on the fly

It's not even same brand you absolute retard
I went through engineering maths and physics on an ipad mini with one of those cheap 1$ with just a big nub on the end.
Any of those pens are fine. Personally I use a surface pro 3 now with surface pro 4 pen+keyboard and it's completely fine. Just use onenote.
