I don't know what to do anymore:
>get new monitor speakers and USB DAC
>getting incredibly noisy whine when keyboard leds are on
>turn them off
>get noise when mouse cursor is moving
>try with another mouse
>still getting it, different frequency and pitch but there's noise when the cursor moves even in UEFI
>try my luck my luck with my thinkpad
>doesn't happen with USB DAC
>can still hear that shit through the thinkpad's own speakers
>plug corsair mouse out
>noise doesn't happen
There's something fundmanentally wrong here. I've tried replacing the motherboard with another, but it doesn't help (had a good one stored), I've taken the GPU in and out, I've taken out all HDDs, basically I'm running the mobo, cpu and PSU combo.
Could it be the PSU? I'm literally tired of this shit...
I wish I had an optical out connector so I could test whether that helps anything. I coud maybe buy one with a toslink connector and plug it to my old speakers, Klipsch R-15PM. It has a USB dac but it didn't react to this noise problem. I wonder why everything else does? I've tried with a lot of dacs by now, only the klipsch works.

Yes, it's a new house in a first world country.
Had the same in my last place. I fixed it now by using my display's USB hub. still some noise but I figure it's that fucking cheap PSU causing this.
