Alright guys i'm having an issue. I'm an IT tech for a library and everytime someone prints a paper it changes the default printer to a printer that doesn't exist. I've tried everything and it still wont work. any ideas?

Yep the printer is appearing in the directory. Delete it there and reboot the workstations.
