Did someone on /g/ craft Cicada 3301?
Or was it someone else like the CIA niggers, or some bigger group?

youre breaking the rules anon. Its a game looking for the top cryptographers in the world.
Not that I heard through the grape vine, but strange how tor is aging isnt it? Hmm I wonder who could be engineering a new one...
I would like to think the most brilliant minds in cryptography are not regularly browsing /g/.

That's one of the most interesting ways to hire people I've ever heard of.
I wish more mysterious companies were this much fun.
Are you kidding?
if your able to solve at least 3 cicada puzzles you are put on a CIA hitlist and will be taken out
I have solid info on that

I got pretty far on the puzzle. I found a secret code Ihad to use to verify myself with once I met them.
Not sure if the code was encrypted or if i had tocproccess it further, and I didnt get any further in the puzzle solving either. Too bad
