Nice.
In addition to your CV, have a cover with basic info and one of those little intro paragraphs that HR seems to love. You know, the ones where you refer to yourself in third person. Use that to mention that you work great under pressure, that you are good at team work, and that you're pro-active and organic and social and gluten-free or whatever meme term you want.

I have had to hire a few people, and this shit makes me what to vomit as much as does for the people who think they have to write it. Don't just say things like that. Give specific examples of how you have whatever quality it is you want to demonstrate. Even better if I could reasonable call one of your references and verify your story.

Say you don't mind overtime if the opportunity would arise or is needed for the growth and support of the company.

I know, it makes me vomit as well, but unfortunately it's something that a vast majority of HR people look for. Examples of work qualifications and references are best left on the actual CV. The cover/intro is just a small page meant to catch the attention of whoever is doing the initial evaluation, and it lacks any technical information because the people in HR rarely even know or care about that.
I'm glad that you don't like or feel like that intro is necessary, and I wish it was like that everywhere, but unfortunately it's not.

Punctuation.
Sloppy language and writing reflects badly and binning every CV with bad language is the simplest and fastest way to narrow down the vast heap of applications.
