I don't know wtf are you talking about (simulink/matlab models) but aren't peltier cells quite a stupid thing? Like watts are consumed, one side gets hot, one side gets cold? They are pretty well documented online.

I actually need to create a full simulation of a cooling system with Matlab, including this module. My teachers told me to find this piece of model already done because of its complexity, but I didn't find anything desu.

Look up manufacturers of Peltier modules. They might have simulink files posted for the modules they produce.
