Do you suffer from mental development problems?

Why did you think it was appropriate to ask here whether the font you will be using on your computer is "fine"?

sage and reported for not referring to the sticky.

Your fonts look fine.
You're probably used to whatever bullshit Windows ships with.

I use Liberation Sans, Liberation Serif, Liberation Mono everywhere.
They are clean, compact, good looking with excellent international character support.

I find DejaVu fonts, which is the default Sans, Serif, Mono fonts, very ugly, fuzzy and wastes a lot of space.

DejaVu is based on Bitstream Vera (another font I despise) but it has (unlike Vera) very wide international character support but I find it very buggy and inconsistent. I have taken measures to never ever have to see DejaVu fonts and I never install Bitstream Vera.

Another good font is GNU FreeFont. It comes in Sans, Serif and Mono and it's really nice.

>liberation fonts
>metrics of arial, times new roman, and courier new
>windows-like

>gnu freefonts
>metrics of helvetica, times, courier
>mac-like

DejaVu Sans Book is what I use. Especially if that shitty Ubuntu font is installed
