Install Mac -> Install Clover -> Install drivers (MultiBeast/Nvidia Web Drivers) -> Done.

There's a difference between a program existing that charges you $20 for its functionality and actually needing that program. I remember setting everything up for my 120Hz monitor to make sure I could use it (and this was free) but miniDVI can't do FullHD at 120Hz so I never actually got to use it.
